The hotel is close to the Millerntor football stadium, the home of FC St. Pauli. The Reeperbahn entertainment mile contains many sights in addition to the world-famous nightclubs, bars and discos. Visit the Große Freiheit side-street where the Beatles played, the Hans-Albers-Platz named after a famous German actor, and the iconic Davidwache police-station made famous from a popular German TV series. Other attractions on the Spielbudenplatz square include the Panoptikum wax museum, St. Pauli theatre, Schmidt theatre, and the operetta house.
